What makes your handmade soaps so special?
All of our body products are GMO-free, gluten-free, soy free, sulfate(SLS) free, and paraben free. Our soaps are made using organic RSPO certified palm oil, biodegradable glitters, responsibly sourced micas, and we use almond and coconut oil in all our artisan bars, unless otherwise stated. All soaps contain sodium hydroxide (lye). However, the sodium hydroxide is neutralized in the saponification process. Soap cannot be made without sodium hydroxide.
Store bought soaps contain detergents and are technically not classified as soap at all! True soap is simply an emulsification of oils and salt which commercial soaps usually don't even come close. Commercial soaps tend to be extremely drying and irritating to the skin. Much of this is due to the glycerin naturally occurring in soap which is a profitable by-product. Instead of keeping the natural moisturizing qualities in the soap, these companies choose to sell its glycerin and leave the bar of soap with very little moisturizing properties. We think it's best to leave soap in its naturally occurring, ultra moisturizing state!
What if I have allergies?
If you have any allergies, please read our ingredient list thoroughly. We use a variety of ingredients in our products. At some point, one ingredient may have been in contact with another ingredient. Some products do feature ingredients such as milk, almond or essential oils. We follow the International Fragrance Association (IFRA) standards for the safe usage of fragrance and essential oils in our recipes. We color our soaps using micas, oxides, pigments, natural herbal colorants, and titanium dioxide which is a naturally occurring whitening agent. If you have any uncertainty, please feel free to contact us for clarification. If you experience any irritation, discontinue use right away!
Do you ship to FPO/APO?
We proudly support our service members! It would be an honor to ship packages to our service members and their families overseas!
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address you will be notified via email. We provide the following options:

Refund the total order, minus shipping cost.

Schedule to have your order reshipped (with additional shipping cost) once we receive payment.
What if my package is lost, stolen, or damaged?
Once Packages leave our custody we are no longer responsible for transit. If your package was lost or stolen you must file a claim with USPS. Click the link below to start the process of your claim.
To avoid the inconvenience of lost or stolen packages, we suggest having packages shipped to your work address.
What's your return & exchange policy?
We do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order is placed. If we made a mistake with your order (wrong size or product) please email us at support@paytonlondonsoap.com. We will correct your order immediately and send the right order at no additional cost. Due to the nature of our products we currently do not offer exchanges.
