By using and purchasing through this site, you automatically acknowledge and agree to our terms and policies. We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. 



As we are a small business, we cannot provide Amazon-style shipping prices and time frames. Currently, our shipping costs are determined by price of the order. This helps us to determine shipping when using flat rate boxes which is the most economical way to ship your order. Orders of $150.00 and over will require a signature confirmation. You'll be required to pay for the signature confirmation fee; however, the remainder of the shipping charges will be paid by Payton London Soap Co. as part of our free shipping program for order over $150.00. You may waive this fee and ask for this to be refunded to you; however, you must accept full responsibility if something detrimental happens to the package. We will not refund or replace your purchase. 


USPS Priority Mail is a very reliable service. However, there are times packages can be misdelivered or go missing due to package theft. BE AWARE OF YOUR LOCATION. If the tracking shows your package was delivered and you claim you did not receive your package, we cannot file a claim with the USPS. Thus, we will not be able to refund or replace your purchase. If you have any concerns  regarding the delivery of your order, please contact us and we will signature delivery for your order, no matter the amount of the order. This may require an additional payment. 



We use a variety of ingredients in our products. At some point, one ingredient may have been in contact with another ingredient. Please contact us if you have more questions.



Always be aware of personal allergies and irritations. It is the responsibility of the user of the products to use the products properly. Spot test all skin products prior to full use. If any products cause irritation, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician.
